Shipping Fees

We have negotiated substantial discounts with our shippers based upon volume and we are passing those on to you. Since we have customers all over the world and our shippers have the world divided into many zones as well quotes divided by ocean and air, it will go too far to post all the rates here.

How is your shipping fee determined?

The world is divided into 34 shipping zones. Nine of those are divided in pairs. That is, because our shippers fly’s in to those zones from the east or the west.

How this works for you is that every article has a weight and that weight is connected to a quote based upon where you live. The quotes are connected to the weight of the article/product in the back office from our website. So every product that you see in eDeal© has a quote that is zone dependent. For instance, if you live in Australia you will pay a different shipping fee than when you live in Germany.
You will prepay shipping and it is shown when you are ready to proceed with your purchase. All shipping rates are extremely competitive and that in itself is an important reason for you to use us, since you always would have to pay more, when you would do all this by yourself. Although YOU see one rate, all major shipping carriers have a base price and a fuel surcharge. The fuel surcharge lies in the 4-7% range over base rates and changes every month. The fuel surcharge is incorporated in the sipping fee.

At the time of check out you will have the choice to pré pay Value Added Tax or at delivery. That is one of the great services we offer to you. Customs is something Skikker™ does not charge through our shippers, so that will be your responsibility. If you would do decide to pay VAT at delivery, you will most likely pay the delivery man at your door. Information and links can be found in FAQ and VAT Worldwide at the bottom of the site.
